We've been busy recently; Youth Work DG is currently working towards our Silver LGBT Charter Mark. The LGBT Charter programme allows us as an organisation to undertake training, to review policies, practice and resources to make sure that our wider Youth Work Service is as inclusive as it can be to young people who identify as LGBT.

The LGBT Charter programme allows us as an organisation to undertake training, to review policies, practice and resources to make sure that our wider Youth Work Service is as inclusive as it can be to young people who identify as LGBT.
The LGBT Charter Mark is a straightforward programme that enables us as a Service to proactively include LGBTI people in every aspect of the work we do, ensuring the provision of inclusive and accessible services across our region for young people.
