Below is our free Youth Work programme which is running up to Christmas 2024:
Oasis Youth Centre (Newall Terrace, Dumfries, DG1 1LW):
Monday 9th & 16th December:
| Super Mondays | A fun and engaging youth group for young people 12 - 25yrs with Additional Support Needs or disabilities. | 6:30-8:30pm |
Tuesday 10th and 17th December:
| DofE Opencentre | For young people aged 14-25 who want to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award - learn new skills, volunteer, plan and prepare for expeditions | 7:00-9:00pm |
Wednesday 11th & 18th December:
| Junior Youth Group | A youth group for P6/7 to come along, meet new friends, grab food, and take part in fun games, arts & crafts, music, sports, gaming, cooking and much more... | 4:00pm - 6:00pm |
| Youth Group | Group for S1-3, join us for a PJ night with hot chocolate, pancakes on the 11th and the Xmas Party with rodeo reindeer and Christmas Dinner on the 18th! | 7:00-8:30pm |

| Skills Night | Get in the Christmas spirit at our skills night where we will have darts, masterchef and wax melting with lots of other Christmas activities! | 7:00-8:30pm |

| Peer Educators | Research relevant topics, and learn creative media skills to co-produce informative youth information pieces to shared with other young people. 12-17yrs | 3:30pm - 5:30pm |

| 18+ Drop In | Access support & advice, support with CV writing, job applications, get information on relevant topics including mental health, sexual health, drugs & alcohol and more. 18-25yrs | 1:30-2:30pm |

| Awareness Arts | Learn about different topics and be creative! Take part in different workshops and different activities such as making stress balls, painting, jewelery making and much more! 12-17yrs | 6:30pm - 8:30pm |

| Young Hands | A group for young parents under the age of 25 with baby, bump and toddler to support each other, provide workshops with information they request. | 1:00pm - 3:00pm |
| Juniors Drop In | A group for P6/7 to make new friends, gain new skills and try new, fun opportunities. | 4:00pm - 5:30pm |
| Seniors Drop In | Drop ins are for young people to choose the activity for the night from inflatables, arts and crafts, to darts and pool challenges. 12-17yrs | 7:00pm - 8:30pm |
